I tried logging into my account and it just kept looping me back over and over. I even checked my emails and receipt to make sure I was using the right info, but nothing worked. The support links weren’t helpful either, so after about 30 minutes I just gave up.

I tried buying tickets on chiefs.com it was a headache from the start. I figured it would be simple to pick seats and check out, but the whole process just felt clunky and frustrating.
The page kept freezing every time I selected seats, and my cart randomly emptied twice, which was beyond annoying. Then the fees showed up near the end and made the total way higher than I expected.
I eventually gave up because my payment still wouldn’t go through, even though my card works perfectly fine everywhere else. Save your time if you can, because this was not a good experience at all...

"Shipping was way slower than expected"
I ordered from chiefs.com thinking it would show up quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was trying to get answers about the shipping, one update would say one thing, then customer service or the tracking info would make it sound like something else was happening. It felt like nobody was on the same page. The package did eventually arrive, but way past when I needed it. I wouldn’t order from there if you’re trying to get something by a specific date.

"Live stream is a mess"
I tried watching a live stream on chiefs.com, it was kind of a headache. It kept freezing every few minutes, and a couple times the sound would play but the video was just blank. Then, for whatever reason, it kicked me back to the beginning like I hadn’t been watching at all.
The postgame clips weren’t much better either. They buffered a lot, and the whole video player just feels outdated and clunky. I don’t really run into this on other sites, so it’s not like my internet was the issue.
It’s just frustrating when you’re only trying to watch some team content and the site makes it way harder than it needs to be. I love keeping up with the Chiefs, but this setup is not worth the hassle right now.

The ticket prices seemed reasonable at first, but once the extra fees were added, it kind of felt like the total got way too high. Maybe that’s just how it is now, but it was still frustrating...

Just a heads up: using this site on my phone was annoying. I tried checking tickets and reading some news, but everything loaded slowly and the page kept jumping around. The menus felt cluttered, and I had to tap things multiple times before anything worked. I ended up giving up after a while. If you're planning to use it on mobile, expect some frustration.

I ordered from chiefs.com and just had a simple question about my delivery, but getting any kind of answer felt like I was being forced to practice patience I did not sign up for. I sent two messages, waited days, and still didn’t get anything helpful back.
When they finally replied, it was basically a generic copy-paste response that didn’t solve my issue at all. Super frustrating, and it felt like nobody was actually reading what I wrote

I use chiefs.com on game day, and honestly... it gets frustrating. The scores and injury updates seem to come in late, and sometimes the page refreshes weirdly or just doesn’t load right. I ended up checking other apps instead, which kind of defeats the point. For the official site, I expected it to be a lot smoother...

I tried using the chiefs app on my phone and it was a pain. It kept freezing, the pages took forever to load, and finding my tickets was way harder than it should’ve been. Annoying. I ended up feeling like it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Didn’t hold up like my other jerseys"
I was disappointed with this one. Compared to other jerseys I’ve bought, this shirt started feeling cheap after just one wash. I expected it to hold up a bit better, but it felt like it was already falling apart way too fast

I check chiefs.com expecting to get solid team updates, but most of the news feels thin or shows up late. When I’m trying to find actual roster info, I end up clicking around way too much, like they made it my problem to dig for basic details. It just feels more like filler than real team coverage.

"Return process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I sent my order back and expected the refund to be handled a lot faster. The tracking showed they had already received it, but I still had to email a few times just to get any kind of update. When they did reply, it felt generic and didn’t really answer my questions. For a simple return, the whole thing was a headache. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from chiefs.com again...
